Early Dismissal
Any student leaving before 3:00pm must be signed out through the office by a parent, legal guardian, or other parent designee. Students will then be paged over the intercom to come to the office.
Make Up Work
Students having an excused absence have the privilege to make up class work missed. Students shall be allowed two days plus the number of days missed to complete the assignments. Students absent for extended periods can be given special consideration.
Grading System
A student will receive an academic grade in each subject area each six weeks at which time report cards will be sent home. The grading scale is as follows: A = 93-100, B = 85-92, C = 77-84, D = 70-76, F = 0-69
Parent conferences are scheduled at the end of the first and fourth six weeks.
Students receiving all A's during a six week period are placed on the A Honor Roll. Students receiving all A's and B's are placed on the A-B Honor Roll. These students names are published in the local paper each six weeks as well as those students receiving perfect attendance.
Students who lose or destroy a report card are expected to pay a fee of $1.00 to replace the card.
