Mission/Vision
The mission of our program is to prepare undereducated adults by providing opportunities and services that will result in increased employment and earnings, increased educational and occupational skills, improved self-esteem, social skills, and decreased welfare dependency, thereby improving the quality of life for the individual and enhancing productivity.
